Because Vs. So –
‘Because’ and ‘So’ both are conjunctions.
But there are few differences between these two –
1 . ‘Because’ is a subordinating conjunction but ‘so’ is a coordinating conjunction.
2. ‘Because’ is used to connect a subordinate clause to an independent clause in a sentence.
‘So’ is used to connect two independent clauses .
3. ‘Because’ is used to express the cause of an event or action.
‘So’ is used to express the result of an event or action.
Examples –
1 . The boy got a good result because he studied seriously.
The boy studied seriously so he got a good result.
2 . He is playing well because he practiced enough.
He practiced enough so he is playing well.
