Researchers of Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advance Scientific Research ( JNCASR ) have developed an incredible and integrated system to capture Carbon dioxide or CO2 and to convert it into solar fuel. This process is called by them as ‘ Artificial Photosynthesis ‘. It can also reduce effects of emissions originated by the use of fossil fuels. This method also can be used to produce renewable energy in future.

3. Shock Waves-

Researchers in Aerospace Engineering have uncovered new dynamics , which governs unsteady shock wave motion when two geometric parameters are at play by subjecting a moving object to air flowing at high speed in a wind tunnel. Shock waves are strong disturbances , created when rockets and aircraft move faster than the speed of sound and these shock are essentially a sharp boundaries in space across which rapid increase in air pressure, temperature and density occurs.
