To admit in various Govt. And Pvt. Polytechnic Colleges in West Bengal approved by West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development students need to appear in1. JEXPO -to admit in 3 years Diploma in Engineering and Technology after Madhyamik(At least 35% marks in Madhyamik) and 2.VOCLET – to admit in 2nd year through Lateral Entry. Qyalification -H.S. passed or appeared or Madhyamik with 2 years ITI.
Date and pattern-Both the Exam generally held on April . Time will be of 2 hours and questions will be MCQ type with negative marking.
For JEXPO , there will be 50 numbers from Math and 25 numbers from Physics and Chemistry. For VOCLET there will be 20 marks in Mathematics,Physics, Chemistry, Mechanics, Computer Science.
