Student can now appear in NEST–2020 , to admit in 5 years Integrated M.Sc Course in Basic Science – Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics in 1.University of Mumbai – Department of Atomic Energy Centre for Excellence in Basic Science (UM-DAE-CBS) – 57seats and 2. National Institute of Science Education and Research (NISER) Bhubaneswar- 200 seats.
Eligibility – Higher Secondary or class xii passed Science students with Biology/ Chemistry/Mathematics/ Physics with 60% (for SC , ST 55%) marks can apply. H.S. appear students can also apply.
Exam time and centres- Exam will be held on 06.06.2020 in two session – Session 1- from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and Session 2- from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in almost 90 cities over India.
Exam Pattern-Questions will be of Multiple types in 5 section with 60 marks in each section. Section 1 will be compulsory and general without negative marking. Other 4 will be Biology , Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics.
