National Aptitude Test in Architecture 2023

Name of the exam-NATA or National Aptitude Test in Architecture . Exam. will be taken by The Council of Architecture.

Course – Bachelor of Architecture or B. Arch of 5 years duration.

Educational Qualification – H.S. or Class xii passed in Science with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with 50% marks. At least 50% marks in every subject or candidates having 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics with 50% marks can also apply. Candidates appearing this year in these exam. can also apply.

Exam Pattern – All India Level Computer Based Test.

No. of Questions – 125.

Marks – 200 .

Time – 180 minutes

Each question will carry either 1 mark or 2 marks or 3 marks.

Question Type – Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ ), Multiple Select Type Questions (MSQ), Preferential Choice Type Questions (PCQ ),Numerical Answer Type Questions (NAQ ), Match the following type ( MFQ )

Medium of the Test – English.

There will be questions from Diagrammatic Reasoning , Numerical Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, Inductive Reasoning, Situation Judgement, Logical Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning.

Qualifying marks for 2023 – 70 marks out of 200.

Fees– Rs.2000/- for General / OBC ( NCL ) Male ( for General / OBC ( NCL ) Female , SC, ST , PWD and Transgender RS.1500/-), Fees for outside India – Rs. 10000.

If any one want to appear in the Exam. for both the times then fees will be – Rs. 4000/- for General / OBC ( NCL ) Male , ( Rs. 3000/- for General / OBC ( NCL ) Female , SC, ST, PWD, Transgender ) , Fees for outside India – 20000

Combined fees for 1st, 2nd , 3rd Test – Rs. 5400 for General / OBC ( NCL ) Male , ( 4050 for General/ OBC ( NCL ) Female , SC, ST, PWD, Transgender ) , Fees for outside India – Rs. 27000.

First Test Schedule – Exam Date – 21/04/2023 ; apply online within – 20.03.2023 to 10.04.2023 ; Publication of downloadable Admit card – 18.04.2023 ; Publication of Result –30.04 .2023

Second Test Schedule – Exam Date – 28/05/2023  ;    apply online within – 20.03.2023 to 13.05.2023 ; Publication of downloadable Admit card – 21.05.2023 ; Publication of Result –05.06 .2023

Third Test Schedule – Exam Date – 09/07/2023  ;    apply online within – 20.03.2023 to 24.06.2023 ; Publication of downloadable Admit card – 02.07.2023 ; Publication of Result –17.07 .2023

Session of the Examination – In each day there will be two sessions – Session one – 10:00 am to 01:00 pm ; Session two – 02:30 pm to 05:30 pm

Three Tests and Score – Candidates are allowed to appear upto 3 NATA Test . If a candidate appears in 2 tests , best of 2 scores will be granted . If a candidate appears in 3 tests then the valid score will be the average of best two scores.
