Follow the points below-

RTE or Right to Education act 2009 – under Article 21 A of Indian Constitution- Free and compulsory education – 6 to 14 years – upto 14 years elementary education – if any one not admitted, he or she can admit in school as per their age – special training to make them able -money can’t be a problem for elementary education – 25% reservation for poor students in private schools – no physical and mental stress – student friendly education – all government and aided school should create Managing Committee with 75% members as guardians – parents’ responsibilities – trained teachers – teachers’ responsibilities – infrastructure development – free text books – grants and scholarships – mid day meal – regular monitoring -all round development of students

1 . Write a paragraph on Right to Education act and it’s affect in educational development.

2 . Suppose your school has organised a seminar on Right to Education act . Gurdians and students were present in that seminar. Write down some important points of that seminar.

3 . Write a dialogue between you and your friends on the Free and Compulsory Education.

4 . Suppose the Principal / Headmaster / Headmistress / Supervisor of your school has served a notice , requesting every guardians of the students of class vi to viii to attend a discussion event on Right to Education act in your school . Write the format of the notice.
