Physical Research Laboratory or PRL an autonomous unit of the Department of Space, Government of India takes application for academically outstanding and highly motivated graduate and post graduate students and college teachers of Indian Nationality for Summer Internship Programme. It happened in May to July in hybrid mode , offline and online in 2022.
Final year undergraduate or pre – final year post graduate students of Optics, Laser Physics, Space Physics, Geology, Geophysics, Atmospheric Sciences, Meteorology, Chemistry, Ocean Sciences and related subjects.
Students studying in 1st year of M .SC, 3rd and 4th year of Integrated M.Sc, 3rd year of B.Sc, 3rd or final year of B.Tech( Physical Sciences/ Engineering Physics/Optics/Photonics/Geology/Geophysics)/ B.S., 4th or final year of B.S. – M.S. are eligible to apply.
Teachers having academic background in above subjects and teaching at postgraduate or graduate level can also apply.
Duration – For students eight weeks and for teachers six weeks.
They also provide stipend for the internship programme.
